Did Jax get a new update?

I was playing Aram, and suddenly in game. He leaped within 0.1 seconds and was able to leap again. The player I was noticing from was vince0077. If Jax got an update on his leap then I will just ignore, but if not It was weird. Like he didn't flash he just leaped to an target and leaped between those times 0.1 seconds and leaped to a teammate? O.O I must be tired there is no way Jax can do this unless there was an update.
