[CLIENT] 5.4 Friends List Tooltip update not appearing

According to 5.4 Patch Notes:

IT'S HAPPENING In addition to champion and match duration, player tooltips now indicate map and queue type for players in-game - ex. "Summoner's Rift (Ranked)" IN CASE YOU FORGOT You can now see your own player tooltip by hovering over your name and icon at the top of the friends list.

Neither feature appears to be working on my client (PC v. 5.4.15_02_19_22_27). When I mouse over a friend's tooltip, I receive only the information shown in this example attached. When I mouse over my own icon in the list, nothing happens.

I have the exact same issue ever since today's patch went into effect. Restarting the client didn't fix it.

I tried restarting and repairing. Neither had any effect. I just don't think it is working.

Got the exact same problem. I also tried restarting and repairing the client. Downloaded Adobe Air (newest version) and manually updated the Adobe Air Version of League of Legends. This feature doesn't happen to work for me.

Mine USED to work, but no longer does. Temporarily disabled or fix in progress? I would like to know.

Riot has removed the new player tooltips until the next patch (5.5) due to a bug that was causing huge problems for some players.
