[Client] Unable to Champion Lock in/Champion change in Dynamic Que

I have repeatedly run into the same issue where I go to lock in the champion that I already have chosen before the ban phase has started. When I go to lock in or change to another champion it simply will not let me change my character or lock in. I select the new champion or click the lock in button and nothing happens. I have no server/connection issues in any other moment of the game, so I do not suspect it to be a connection issue.

Because of this problem I have already lost LP and I am afraid to continue to play in ranked fearing that if I reach my promo games it will do this and count as a loss. I would appreciate a response on this so that I know I'll be able to start ranked again soon or that the problem is being looked in to. I will be sure to check my post over the coming weeks.

Thank you for all the work Riot does. I've never had any problems with the game until now, and I absolutely enjoy everything (champions, content, events..etc) that Riot has done so far.

P.S. I have repaired my client already and the problem has continued. I could try reinstalling if that is an option that may help.
