the game doesn't load after champ select

the game will not load after the champ select no matter how many times i reconnect it doesnt work this happened twice now and i got a 20 min timer just because the game will not start and i had to waist 100 min of my life for not even something i did on purposes so i cant wait again 20 min for the same reason and when ever you give me a 20 min timer the game just start working out of no where so i would like you to fix this simple problem that players face.
