Broken link in support section of website

like the title suggests i was referencing the support section, specifically this page (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/204010760-Ranked-Play-FAQ#h2q1) and there was a phrase down at the bottom of the placements section that says "You can read more about preseason here." with the final word "here" being a link that brings up this following page (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/231832207) however at least in my case it says "403 You're not authorized to access this page."
