Mistery skin - no skin

I recently transfered my account from EUNE to EUW.. When I logged out from my account I logged in to EUW. Then the box came out, it said that i got Curling Veigar for my good behavior and sportsmanlike but I didn't get it.. Please anyone experienced the same?
