Freljord Taliyah Audio Bug

Whenever Taliyah casts her Q using the Freljord skin, a slight, high toned beep plays. Happens 100% of the time and I've only noticed it recently but I can trace it back as far as when she was on the PBE. It's not gamebreaking but it can be quite annoying to play with and I'd rather not have to turn off sound effects, especially playing against a global champion like Taliyah.
