Urgot Fear After Ultimate?
When Urgot first came out it seemed like the fear was in fact working after using the ultimate, but now I don't see that is the case. Anyone else having this issue?

It's hard to tell, that range isn't that big and sometimes I can't tell if my opponents were in range or dodged in the last second.
