Level 21 soraka in ranked game

So I played a ranked game two days ago and I went back to look at the stats on op.gg and saw that the user NTVbear was level 21 in my ranked 5v5 match history. How was this even fair for the enemy team honestly. This is starting to get stupid. I don't play for free wins. Edit:not to sound cocky but the game i popped of and went 22/7/8
