So this here twitch dies, but before dying he manages to heal which gives him and zoe 300 hp, then upon resurecting from GA, he gains 1064 HP. GA is supposed to give back 50% of base health, he has 1799 health which means he should be getting 900HP not 1064, but also, he just used Heal so shouldn't that reduce the heal by 50% too?
none of his runes affect healing and noone in his team had any type of healing ability or items
lol, well according to his healtbar he shouldnt even be dead. on the 50% im pretty sure that only affects the heal recieved from another summer spell heal, not regular heal like a soraka or lifesteal.
But this is buggy on multiple levels not just the amount of healing
Nothing looks wrong to me here. Yeah the heal from Zoe (for some reason you said Twitch healed, he didn't. Zoe clearly picks up a heal spell and uses it in that clip) glitched and showed up after GA had already proc'ed, but he retained that health after GA and healed what he should have otherwise. Summoner Spell Heal only reduces healing from other Summoner Spell Heals, not healing in general. Nobody would take Summoner Heal if it gave you grevious wounds by using it.
Seems straight forward to me.
