Heimerdinger bug / Ideas for improvement (mixed together from a support ticket)

I main Heimerdinger. I play him so much people think he's the only champion I know. Heimy's turrets are definitely bugged lately. If a champion I am targeting walks into the range of my turrets then walks out, my turrets have been not attacking anything (waiting to attack the champion out of range) so it won't attack anything sometimes for 3 or 4 seconds. Secondly, the turrets seem to be attempting to make me miss cs quite often. Say I'm watching my turrets and doing nothing else. The turrets will attack a minion until it has one hit left, or two hits left, then SWAP TARGETS BEFORE IT DIES. This is REALLY annoying, and unbalanced that a champions kit actually tries to work against the player who is playing that champion. I would really like to see these bugs fixed. Heimerdinger turrets should attack the lowest health minions first, and they should not change targets before a minion dies, and should not stop attacking because a champion walked in range then out of range. It is bad enough the enemy can get my turrets to stop killing minions for me simply by walking in to range. Heimerdingers ULT turret should get a huge HP buff. I set down a mega turret just to see it disappear instantly which equates to a complete waste of an ultimate. Heimerdingers ult rockets should be more destructive, being that is his way to blow up targets without throwing down a mega turret that instantly gets deleted by smart players. ULT + ROCKETS barely kills a person at 30 or 40% life until nearly full build. His ult rockets should not lose damage for hitting the same target multiple times. It should be able to rip through multiple low health targets (say 3 or 4 champs all low, should all melt quickly if you land an amazing ult rocket) rather than ult rockets = kill 1 while the other 3 take no damage. Ult stun bombs should have a larger radius since you can only be hit by its' damage one time. The stun should be longer than his basic stun, and the slow radius on his ult stun bomb should stun not slow. People who see me use the ult stun bomb says "wow no heimerdinger uses the ult stun bombs so it's rare to ever see it". He has 3 choices for a reason. His Ult Turret is instantly deleted in teamfights making it useless, his ult rockets are unreliable to land and don't do much damage, and his ult stun bomb is so slow and such small area, and the stun is so small it goes nearly unnoticed. Please make Heimerdingers ultimate ability seem more "ultimate".

Take this for an idea: If you buff the HP of Heimerdingers' ultimate turret make the enemy turrets do more damage to it so it dies under enemy turrets just as fast, but won't be instantly deleted in a teamfight. It's sad when you use a 60-90 second cooldown "ultimate spell" and watch it hit the ground and be instantly deleted. GG my ult did zero damage is the feel I get when dropping ultimate turret in a teamfight.

Heimerdinger is a mage that SUPPORTS his team. he's not very good at fighting by himself. He has no mobility to get him in for a kill, no mobility to save himself from getting killed, and when your ultimate spells seem to only be good early game or when you're alone under an enemy turret, makes late game seem like you become more and more useless the longer time you're in game.

It is challenging enough when so many champions can literally 1 shot all 3 of Heimy's little turrets with auto attacks, a low cooldown spell, or smite the turrets, let alone harass you to death under your own tower (thanks azir) and have lower cooldowns so they can permanently harass you, keep you out of lane, and starve you. So much for being a siege champion, when the only way you can play Heimerdinger is as a late pick. If you pick heimerdinger early like 1st pick, the enemy team can literally pick every champion you can't stand in lane for even a second because they delete your mini towers (which have an incredibly long cooldown for late game 5th stack skill).

Heimerdinger is a really good champion, but as every other class has gotten buffs (including all the mages getting changes and buffs) Heimerdinger has been the type of champion who can only do well if you can stay in lane and level up faster than your lane mate. You literally need more levels to make your spells do more damage to win fights. I've been outplaying a lot of champions lately just from practice and knowing my champion as well as enemy champions. I was able to go toe to toe with an Irelia, and I could win vs. Irelia sometimes. But then RIOT buffed Irelia, and I have not seen her lose a game since. Buff Irelia so she wins early game and nobody can stop her late game? Seemed broken to me. I literally ban Irelia every game now, because I've watched Irelia walk in a teamfight, take nearly no damage from anyone, and kill all 5 people on my team. 1v5 Irelia killed us all without dying. OP champs are everywhere in this game. No reason to leave an inventor to say "the only champions I can't win against no matter how hard the team tries are Irelia, Azir, Kalista, Draven, etc. etc."

Or wait, just yesterday I have a team mate say "OH GREAT IF GALIO IS IN MY LANE I'M RAGE QUITTING NOW" and i ended up having galio in my lane. He's a tank, he has an AOE taunt, he has longer range spells than me, and I outplayed him. It was super difficult, but at least playing well turned the fight in my favor. Some champions there is no chance for outplaying. I only named 4 champions that have 100% winrate vs. my heimerdinger, but there are a LOT of champions that make it seem extremely terrible to have such long cooldowns on heimerdingers Q mini turrets.

Now when you play solo queue as a heimerdinger main, the first thing you have to pray is GOD DONT LET MY TEAM MATES FEED LIKE CRAZY because one thing heimerdinger does horrible against is FED ENEMIES. So I have 1 full item.. and you look @ bot lane and kalista already has 4 full items. I've only backed once, didn't die, didn't get a kill, but kalista already has 13 kills or more @ 15 minutes in game. By 20 minutes in game kalista has 25 kills 1 death, and 13 assists, is full build, and Heimerdinger is barely finishing his second item. These things happen every time i see these champions on the enemy team. It's not like "hey heimy come help us we're doing badly" is going to work. It happens like this: OK i'm coming to help cuz kalista already has 4 kills. Oh wait, she 2 shot me, and I fed her too. NOPE NOT COMING TO HELP.

So much for being a mage / secondary support.

yet how many mages are in such a bad spot where they say "FF asap because the enemy has a roster of champs I can't do anything to stop them from winning the game" GG WP. Consider some changes on Heimy please. Thanks!

I forgot to say: I know Heimerdinger doesn't get played in the highest ranks, and I'd like to see that change! I would love more than anything to see a PRO player play Heimerdinger @ Worlds. Inventors are the lifeline of reality. They make the world change. Heimerdinger should be able to make WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS change. Just keep inventing!

And ONE FINAL THING I FORGOT. When I auto attack a minion (like siege minion) my little turrets won't change agro to that minion with me. Why not?
