Not sure if this is intended or not, but it seems that akali's shroud stealth does not count as "exiting stealth" in regards to the sudden impacts keystone passive to give armor and magic penetration.
Edit: Solved - you have to damage someone after exiting stealth to trigger the effect.

Ah, I see, you have to then attack someone after exiting stealth to get it to trigger. That then makes me wonder how much time you have after exiting stealth to hit someone and still trigger it.
Either way, you are correct and it does seem to be working properly, i just misinterpreted it activating on exiting stealth.

True, but how long is the buffer from when you exit stealth to when you can no longer activate the effect. Once you activate the effect, that is what lasts 5 secs, and once the 5 secs wear off, has the 4 sec cd. I'll have to do some testing when i get home and figure it out.
