[Azir] Passive tower bug

I was playing in 3v3's with a bunch of friends of mine and I was playing azir

I could place my tower passive on towers that still existed, it would double shoot on champions, There was also the option of placing one in the nexus turret. I'm not sure if it would have worked though but the symbol was still there

Edit: I'd like to add this was yesterday before this current patch. I'm not sure if the bug is still relevant
