Champion lore challenges are messed up?

So i recently played a game as Kayn, in nexus blitz, as he is my main, and i went 15/12/11, and i was confused to see that i didnt complete the challenge for the 18th day of snowdown, "+ Get 5 kills in Nexus Blitz as a Noxian champion" and i was confused because by lore kayn IS noxian born and was raised for about 10 years as a child soldier of noxus, until he was taken in by zed during an invasion in ionia. Hoping that league would fix this as kayn should be considered a noxian champion lol.
