[GAMEPLAY] Protobelt + Nautilus Dredge Line Bug

I was just playing an aram and decided to try Protobelt Nautilus. I found that if you cast Q during the protobelt dash your hook never appears but the ability goes on cooldown. This happened a number of times throughout the match and even seemed to happen if Q was cast just after the dash completed.
