Draven/Yorick ult bug (gameplay)

Was playing a couple of weeks ago and meant to post about this glitch i came across. I was playing as Draven and Yorick came from top to help my lane gank. Well he ulted me and I died. As soon as i was revived i used my ult as it had come off cooldown well i missed and the axes flew off the screen as they flew off the screen yoricks ult ended. And to my surprise my ult was stuck on the "return dravens axes" thing. No cooldown was available. I was rendered unable to use my ult for the rest of the game. This happened at the very beginning of the game (within the first 10 minutes) and even though my team was able to carry to the victory i felt like even though this is a very uncommon problem it could be one that would affect high elo play if it did end up occurring.
