7.23 update issue

So my pc was updating the new patch7.23 and had like 61%. Then suddenly it dropped back to 0% and i had to restart the client. My Internet is fast as usual and there are no downloads or big internet issues. Im waiting for 3 hours to finally play league but the update wont go faster or even come to an end.
