[GamePlay] Kha'zix Q delay Bug ( A bug for a Bug)

As a fellow Kha'zix main, and after playing him for a long time, I have noticed a bug that's been rather bothersome. The Bug is simply when you q with Kha'zix, there is a delay after you q - to when the damage is done/cooldown goes off. What happens is the animation will go off, but do 0dmg and not go on cooldown. This can be triggered by: Q-ing a minion/champion as it is dying/right before it dies Q-ing something that is going into stealth/hiding/a bush/etc. (For example they walk into the bush and you q right before they go in.) Q-ing but dying before the delay goes off. -- I have only experienced this on the Guardian Of The Sands Kha'zix Skin (mainly because its the skin I use) so i am unaware if it sis a skin bug or a champion bug. -- I have also noticed that a lot of times champions/minions/etc. will be within my Q range (quickcast /w indicators) but the q will not go off (as if they were too far but it said they were not) I am not sure if this is intended or not, but I surely hope it is looked at and if it is a bug i hope it can be repaired soon.
