Gragas Q Glitches

I put my video of it. I searched "Gragas Glitch" on Youtube and more results show of the same glitch/bug. There are also other people with the same issue commenting on the video. What if this happens during a competitive game that is live? Please fix this I posted this about 2-3 months ago.
