[CLIENT] Client/Launcher is blacked out after patch 9.19

After updating to patch 9.19 the Launcher no longer produces images nor sounds thus not allowing me to log in. After resarting my coumputer and reinstalling league I was able to log in and play one aram game but after closing the client the same problem reoccurred. launcher after 9.19 update There are 4 processes that show up in task manager 4 LoL processes Attempting to close the first 3 will result in the laucher to reappear GIF of attempt to end processes Only after ending the the forth and lowest process will the laucher finally close.

Edit 9/26/19 12:36 am : I found a band-aid solution to the problem by running the leagueclient.exe in compatibility mode for windows Xp (service pack 3) It seems to force the client into low spec mode and if compatiabilty mode is removed the problem comes back even if you uncheck then check low spec mode on the client.

I am having the similar issue, I load the game it gives me an all black window with the option in the top right from left to right, options, minimize and exit. Clicking the exit allows a window to pop up giving the "do you wish to exit league; yes and no buttons. I can close the client but not log in or even select the fill in window for username or password. I am not even having the luck of our thread starter to get it working. save us please*[sg-soraka]*

edit post; I'm not sure if anyone else still has it in their league folder, but when I reinstalled from the old league client it fixed it... Not sure how I am not that techy, but the reinstalling from site didn't fix it while old client did shrugs.
