Riot just made me dodge promos even if it was 3v3 flex twisted treeline

The recent bug with riots game just forced me while picking to dodge a game of my series in flex 3v3 and now i have to wait 30 minutes because i got a dodge timer thanks riot!!! also im getting the restart bug too so much fun - wild octobear

oh you had to dodge a game? a lot of us are stuck on the endless loop of "patched to an older patch please restart" to "there was a problem patching so let's go back to an older version please restart" unable to even get into the client at all.
