Darius combo bug

I just recently played Darius in ARAM. And whenever i attempted to Hook, W, Q someone, i was unable to move.

This happened multiple times throughout the game. However, I was only able to move if i maybe pressed an ability, but besides that, I was just unable to right click anywhere.

I am having this exact same problem, and I basically just fed an entire game that I would under normal circumstances have won. Why is Riot not addressing this issue?
