PVP.net launcher black screen?

I tried playing yesterday and ran into some error that wouldn't even let me open it, so I thought it was because windows 10 was downloading in the background. I decided to close LoL out and let w10 download, after it downloaded I tried to open it again, same error. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it finished patching and whatnot and now it's doing this? I've tried looking around for a solution, one said something about uninstalling AVG, which I don't have. One said to uncheck everything in internet properties or something like that, I did that and it didn't help. Can anyone help me out here? I just want to play my league.

You probably need to update your drivers. Google it if you don't know what that means.

Well it says everything is up to date, so I'm still not sure what to do.

Google your laptop and "drivers". Go to your manufacturer's website and download the Windows 10 ones. Success not guaranteed if your laptop is more than 3 years old.
