PVP.net launcher black screen?

I tried playing yesterday and ran into some error that wouldn't even let me open it, so I thought it was because windows 10 was downloading in the background. I decided to close LoL out and let w10 download, after it downloaded I tried to open it again, same error. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it finished patching and whatnot and now it's doing this? I've tried looking around for a solution, one said something about uninstalling AVG, which I don't have. One said to uncheck everything in internet properties or something like that, I did that and it didn't help. Can anyone help me out here? I just want to play my league.
