After playing several games and testing it out in practice tool Pyke never says his first move voice lines, instead just saying normal movement ones, also never says his long movement voice lines, ally pings trigger his ping voice lines and not sure if this is intentional but he never says his ult execute voice lines but if you die to his ult you can hear him say one.
I have noticed it as well. Also, there must have been some kind of code editing in the last few patches because I played Nocturne for the first time after a few months and I noticed that there actually are respawn and first move lines for his Eternum skin. I played countless games with it but I'm 100% sure I've never heard any of those, so there must have been some kind of bug fixing. I think there's a similar problem with Jhin, in that he never says the line "The essence of things can be found only in its absence" that should be played when he buys Essence Reaver. It's not a major issue anymore since the reworked ER isn't that good on him, but it was worth mentioning anyway.
