the game crashes

i connected to a game the champion select ended and the lol logo appeared then the screen turned black and said failed to connect to the server and gave me two choices retry or cancel i retried several times same happened i canceled then i got back to the small screen it said game crashed please try to reconnect i reconnected same happened untill the game ended and igot back to home screen then i tried to play another game same happened!! its not my network it was a normal blind pick game i picked morgana in both games so please can you cancel my ban.
