Runes / RP / Gifting / Skins

Just plain doesn't work (buying with IP or RP or buying RP, Icons or Gifting) for me and my roommate as well. We have the same computers ( HP Elitebook 840).

Basically for Runes (and for skins and icons), we get this after a second of a mini katarina dancing: http://prntscr.com/8x8opb

Buying RP is literally: It just stays on the initial screen no matter how many time your click how you want to pay and amount (Step 1 screen). Doesn't proceed. Ever.

Can't gift, always says error of either they received too many or the other. No matter who and no matter the time.

Any fixes would be appreciated or just knowing what the problem is, even if unfixable.
