Kindred Passive in 3v3 ( Twisted Treeline ) Not marking jungle for hunt [GAMEPLAY]

One out of three in Twisted Treeline matches, Kindreds passive won't mark enemy jungle for her hunt, and even visiting and killing enemy jungle wont fix this issue. This disables her playability in 3v3 matches, since she is unable to stack her passive, even though in description in writes that enemy jungle will be marked for her to hunt and receive stacks.
