League put's itself in a windowed mode that is unable to fullscreen.

Basically what it does is, it puts itself into a windowed mode, except the bottom half of the window goes off screen. As a result I can't move the camera down because my mouse doesn't reach far enough to make the camera move. It also cuts off my Mana Bar and Gold Counter so I don't know how much gold I have until I go to the shop.

The first time it happened I got a BugSplat error and so far Bug Splat hasn't re-appeared. I have tried closing out League and then booting it back up and nothing changed. I tried to restart my computer and the same thing happened. I am now trying to reinstall League and see if that solves the problem. The last time I tested it out it actually got worse and my task bar wouldn't go away.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, I don't know whether that has affected anything but I have not had a bug like this ever occur before so I don't know what to think.

Anybody else experienced something similar to this?
