I found a work around for the ranked server ban.

You queue up for a ranked game and have it denied then quickly queue up for a normal draft, you'll end up in a ranked queue. This is how i won my series.

Another workaround to the ranked queue ban is just don't be a dick in ranked so you don't get banned.

Maximum exposure. I think he should be rewarded somehow.. maybe a decrease in his ban.
