Team Builder Skin Glitch/Bug

Whenever you select a champion in Team Builder, it'll obviously have the most recently used skin highlighted while saying "Currently Selected Skin". However, whenever the game starts, 90% of the time, I have the Default skin in game. So before I queue up for Team Builder, I constantly have to select Default Skin (or any other skin) and then re-select the skin I want in order for the game to truly recognize that the skin highlighted is selected.

I don't know if others are having this issue, but whenever I start a TeamBuilder game, someone is always all chatting "omg. Skin pls" or "wtf, where's my skin"

I've been having this issue (or I first noticed it) whenever Winter Wonderland Orianna came out and I immediately wanted to try it out and it had the default skin selected.

Thought this would have been fixed when new patches came out, but I'm still having issues so I am posting about it now.
