Elise Rappel

I have had issues with Elise ever since I bought her. Every time I use her Rappel ability (spider form E) it wont respond or if it does it wont let me use it to jump on an enemy or a neutral monster. This may just be me but it is the only thing that has not worked properly. This makes ganking and escaping rather difficult in the game.
