It appears as though you aren't using a Worlds 2017 icon. You can't complete Worlds missions unless you are using a Worlds 2017 icon.
Check your icon. You need to be using a Worlds one (and likely a Worlds 2017 one, specifically). Eligible icons include: Pick 'Em Poro Icons (both of them), all 2017 Worlds team icons, and the basic icon Riot gave everyone for Worlds.
