After apparently failed patch popup appears stating a connection error

Patching to 6.24, it told me it failed and to try again. I reopened the client and it seemed to be working fine (and on the new patch as well). I played a 1v1 game with a friend, then an ARAM, both of which seemed to go fine. But, as soon as I exited the after match screen, a popup appeared saying I had a connection error, with 'restart' and 'shutdown' as options. I restarted and shutdown a couple times each, to no avail. Since I had encountered this once before, I tried what fixed the issue then: forcing a repatch with the hextech repair tool. This time however, the tool tells me that 'the syntax of the command is incorrect.' I started up the client again, but it seemed fixed at first. I was able to log in, though a few seconds later, the same popup appeared. I know it isn't my connection; everything else runs just fine. I'm not angry, I know this is still a new client and new patch, so there are bound to be bugs tht slip through. I just want this known about so that it can be fixed as soon as is reasonable.
