i have a bug

every time i open the game it logs in fast and i started queue i open champion select and it works fast after that it's open a black screen but not that the problem here the problem after the black screen the loading it's stop at here it's never works i just wait for it for 30 minute but nothing happens .

how can i solve that problem?!
