Game Crash During Champion Select

I was in champion select for a ranked match when the game suddenly crashed. At first, I couldn't see any buttons or icons where I can select my runes/masteries/spells, but when I moved the cursor to them they started to appear. However, when it was my turn to ban, the game suddenly crashed. After I logged in again, I found out that I was banned for 6 minutes and got my LP deducted. I have the screenshot if you need it, but I don't know how to upload it here.
