Problem wirth the Loading screen border (with new division markers)

Hello to everyone..At the first 2 days of the new season i had the silver border when i was waiting at the loading screen..Now i don't.. I was silver 4 when the new season arrived...What can i do? ..Do you know anything about it? Ty in advance
