Weird glitch in champion select?

I've had it happen a few times now; whenever switching champion at 1 second a random disconnected warning pops up and the game crashes. I'm not sure if its caused from switching to specific champions, but I've been able to recreate it a few times now switching from Jax to Gnar and Fiora to LB? It first happened to me in a ranked game lobby, so I can see how a bug like this could really frustrate some people.
