champ select bug

Lost promos because I could not click anything in champ select. Everything else was working fine. I can see the chat and picks but I was not able to click lock in or change mastery or rune pages.

This just happened to me. Tried to select champion for ban and it wouldn't let me do anything. BS. Now I have a 15 minute wait. It happens because of lag.
