Game lag is becoming a headache inspite of having a stable ping...

When i log in with this new client the homepage takes forever to load up... Furthermore the whole game has a terrible lag... ive failed to accept ready check from my lobby because it didn't even appear on my screen, and it also takes a long time to take me to the champion selection page.... Moreover, the whole in-game is tremendously laggy despite having a stable connection, ping(244ms) and fps... Anybody else facing the same problem after installing the new client? Please comment if its only me or others too or if you have a solution to the problem...
