Chat restriction not refreshing chats in-game, only get 3 messages. That's it.

As the title says, I understand why I have it, but it's frustrating when I can't even ask for a gank or a buff.

Also when I tab out, tab back into league it takes about 5 seconds to load up. Stuck on black screen when I tab in. Only started happening after last patch.
