Patch notes on NA client are in French

When ever I open the patch notes in the client, they should be in English but they are in fact in French. While it is quite entertaining to read the skill names in a different language, I'm also trying to understand them :?. Nothing major i can get the patch notes form anywhere but jsut thought id post it see if anyone else has this problem. To reproduce the issue just open the patch notes within the client.
