PBE bug

Bug description: Playing Tristana on PBE. When I hit lvl 3, I tried to ad a point in my W, so I clicked on the arrow above my ability> The arrow disappeared as though I put the ability point in my W, yet my W remained unusable, saying I hadnt learned it yet. I did, however get 2 skill points when I got to lvl 4.
