Crafting and loot problem

I bought a orb for 200 tokens and when I tried to open it it said crafting failed and my orb was just gone. Now I dont have tokens that I spent neither a orb.It is also saying that I should restart my client because it cant retrieve the item that I bought , and I tried several times to restart the client but it just does not work. Please help... Thanks.
