Getting cc in Yi's Q

Since the new season started i've noticed that i was getting cc while the Q duration.

Last example: Bard used ult to escape from a gank, i Q once he flashed and appeared affected by the ult like 3m away where he landed.

I mained Yi for a few years and i have really good timing to dodge skills, i think something is wrong.
