A bug where you can see other players champion levels, even if they are not in top 8

I noticed this bug a while ago and I want to report it, its not really that big but I think it was not meant to be seen. When you go and view other players profile, you can only see top 3 played champions, and you can go on the sec page of top champions, but that all about it for seeing his champion levels, but is it? If you go and view someones profile and switch on yours, and then quickly switch on champions, you can see champion levels of the guy you were inspecting the profile, but only of the champions you unlocked obviously. Did it for me too, but I hope they keep it that way. I hate how they hide the champion levels for no reason.

Cool, just tried this bug out and it worked 100% of the time. Really neat way of checking other people's champions.

Edit: Also, you can see the champion masteries of the other person on champions you don't own as well. It's just grayed out but you can still see what rank all of their champions are.
