cant start a match

hello can someone help me every time i want to start a match a massage pop up saying trying to reconnect . it used to happen to me but not so fast when i start a match if i waiting longer than 3 mins it gives me the same massage but now it's so fast i cant even press find match. and also the chat is disconnecting what can i do?
