Azir and his turrent [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing normal 5v5 against Azir and everytime when he makes his turrent and if im alone without minions under turrent and he locks me and doesn't hits me i will stay locked all time except when that turrents get destroyed. That happend two times in that game and i consider it as a bug!
