Bug: Can't buy certain champions

I'm going to skip over story time and get right to the problem. In the picture provided you can see that the new client, or League as it is, won't let me purchase any 4800 champion. You can also see in the picture that I have a little more than enough to purchase but it doesn't seem to think I have enough IP for it. The other champions I can't buy are all in the 4800 purchase range. It lets me buy Lux, who is currently at 3150, but from Zyra to Swain, everyone at 4800 is inaccessible.

Anyone else have this problem on the new client, and has anyone been able to get around it or fix it?
