Bugs with Kled & some general sugestions

Allright so I want to report 2 bugs with Kled.

1. When kled cancel his basic atack with his w not on CD,sometimes it would go on CD and still have 4 hits and sometimes it would not go on CD.
2. When kled use Q as soon as he teleport Q fire the other way. (happen with some other champs as well)

Also some new client general sugestion

1. I would love to see new client have personal sort. What I mean by that is that yes client have ways to sort champs but for example I play morgana and galio as support,i want to be able to add them into support category.
2. Ping checker-How awesome would be if you can test ping to specific server you're on right from the client,it would save alot of those "It's my promo please win-- Sorry dude my ping is terrible i didn't know before game."
