Grade not appearing after match

After I won a 12/2/3 game in pvp as Varus the after match report did not load my grade. I still received a key fragment for the won game, but I feel like I would have gotten an S- grade at least (Making me receive a Hextech Box).

I have not gotten a Hextech Box on him yet and have only gotten the first free box and a box I got from a S- grade on Fizz, which means I have only received at most 2 boxes this season, if the first free box even counts toward that.
